Am I eligible to become a patient?
Medical services at Helping Hands Clinic are available for adults who are residents of Caldwell County, have no private health insurance, are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare and earn no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (approximately $48,500 annually for a family of 4).

How do I enroll?
To enroll as a patient, call Helping Hands Clinic at 828-754-8565 x313, or stop by the Clinic in downtown Lenoir, for information about enrollment. You will need to provide proof you live in Caldwell County, Federal income tax return (if you file) and proof of all household income before taxes are deducted.
We ARE currently ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! Helping Hands does not provide primary care for patients currently in a drug replacement therapy program such as suboxone or methadone.
